Incorporating Existing Logos

To effectively communicate to citizens the broad range of opportunities and connections offered by Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, it is important that new programs adopt the program logo presented on the Program & Site Logos page.

Pre-existing programs with distinct logos, as well as partnered initiatives that require new logos, should show their affiliation with the department by always incorporating the Philadelphia Parks & Recreation logo into designs where their own pre-existing logos are used.

Whenever possible, promotional materials that use logos other than the PPR mark should explicitly state their affiliation to the department in conjunction with logo use. (Example: "TreePhilly is an initiative of [Primary Departmental Logo]") This will differentiate Philadelphia Parks & Recreation as owner of a particular program or initiative rather than a sponsor.
