Print Material Guidelines

Producing In-House Print Materials

When producing in-house print materials for your individual work units, such as flyers or posters for program advertising, recruitment, and event promotion, it is important to show consistency with the “Find Your Path” brand in order to reinforce the department’s unified mission and to build brand awareness within the neighborhoods you respectively serve. To do so, please keep the following in mind:

  • You don't have to start from scratch! There are event calendar and flyer templates available to download on our Toolkit page.

  • The Primary Departmental Logo should be used when producing in-house print materials for your individual work units. In the event that you have space or color restrictions, please refer to Alternate Departmental Logos for other available versions of the logo.

  • Pantone or CMYK color values should be used for print materials to ensure the best quality and consistency. RGB and HTML color values are to be used for on-screen use. Refer to Brand Colors and Fonts for more details about color.

  • Sentinel typeface is the primary typeface for the Philadelphia Parks & Recreation identity. Refer to Brand Colors and Fonts for more details about typeface.

Please contact parksandrecreation@phila.gov if you want artwork files (JPG, EPS, TIF, or AI) that will work best for your printing vendor. Be sure to include details about what logo layout and color you need.
